A list of protein foods that we eat

FOOD (pronounced – fuːd) Noun
  • Any nutritious substance that people or animals eat or drink or that plants absorb in order to maintain life and growth.
PROTEIN (pronounced – ‘prəʊti:n) Noun
  • For example: meat, poultry, eggs, fish, shell-fish and dairy produce. Synonyms: nourishment, sustenance, nutriment, subsistence, fare, bread, meat.
